Product Coaching
Why a Head of Product or any related role would ever need Product Coaching?
Look at any high-performing Olympic champion in any sport. All of them have coaches.
I'll take you from where you are now and help you reach your quarter and yearly product-related targets.
Having a sparing partner to share your challenges while receiving a fresh and professional perspective to widen your horizon will certainly impact and fasten your deliveries.
No matter where you are in the product's journey; initial concept, prototyping, pivoting or scaling, I'll help you pinpoint risks and create a plan while keeping you on track and accountable for your goals.

Case
Helping a program manager of a large healthcare enterprise design and launch a customised CRM for 5 thousand salespeople.
- Engagement duration:
1 year weekly
- Challenge
My client was responsible for improving the sales performance of the company's salesforce. The enterprise legacy CRM was uninviting, and sellers pointed to a new, user-friendly UX as the number one need to be explored.
- Solution
During our close cooperation, we delivered product guidance and process facilitation. Based on our battle-tested experience, we successfully designed a process to launch and develop a futuristic CRM-like smart search function. This process included conducting workshops, user interviews, brainstorms, and prototyping.
- Results
First and foremost: a successful product launch. Moreover, the client received immense product knowledge transfer and avoided common product mistakes. We also left a complete product strategy, metrics and future research plan.
