Sharpening the MVP's scope for a Norwegian retail rental startup through a series of Product Design Workshops.

- Challenge
Our client wanted to switch from an of-the-shelf solution to custom-made software to improve customer service. Even though their product vision was already transparent, brand design and the precise scope of the envisioned software and service design details were missing.
- Solution
We designed and conducted workshops separated by research sessions. After defining how the product can help clients best, we summarised the startup's mission and values. After, we conducted a brainstorming session to cover missing points in their vision to design a total experience for the service. Finally, ee shaped the startup branding style and tone of voice, finishing the sessions with a user-story mapping exercise to prioritise the MVP's features
